About us
Road Assist Dispatch is a roadside assistance dispatch company. We are not a repair shop and we do not operate a service fleet. When you send a request, we dispatch an independent service provider from our vetted network to your location.
How that works for you
You text us the job and the location, we find the nearest available provider who covers that work, and we send them your details, your vehicle and your GPS pin. The provider confirms everything with you before they set off.
Who does the work
The technician who arrives is an independent service provider, not an employee of Road Assist Dispatch. Providers in our network are licensed and insured for the work they accept, and carry their own equipment.
Why our address and your location differ
Road Assist Dispatch is registered in New Mexico, but the provider who reaches you is local to you. Because we coordinate a network across several states, our registered office and the place your job happens will usually be in different states. That is normal for a dispatch business.
What we dispatch for
Spare tire change — we bring the jack and the torque wrench and fit the spare you already carry.
Jump start — battery boost and a charging-system check.
Car lockout — non-destructive entry for cars, trucks and vans.
Fuel delivery — enough gas or diesel to reach the nearest station.
Arrival times
Most drivers are reached in about 35 minutes. Arrival time depends on provider availability, traffic and weather, so treat it as an average rather than a guarantee.
How pricing works
Effective 21 August 2026
You are told the exact total before you pay anything. Our base rate covers a standard call-out. The final price depends on how far the provider has to travel to reach you and how involved the job turns out to be — so we quote your job specifically, and we quote it before you commit.
Base rate by service
What can move the price above the base rate
- Distance. Remote locations, long highway stretches and areas with no nearby provider cost more to reach.
- Complexity. Heavier vehicles, seized or locking wheel nuts, awkward or unsafe roadside positions, and lockouts on vehicles with more difficult entry systems all take longer.
- Parts and materials. If you have no usable spare and ask us to source a replacement tire, that tire is quoted separately and confirmed with you before anything is bought.
- Conditions. Severe weather or a location that needs traffic protection to work safely.
What never moves the price
- Time of day. There is no night, weekend or holiday surcharge. The rate is the same 24 hours a day.
- The provider on scene. The price is agreed with dispatch. Our providers are not permitted to quote, add or ask for extra money at the roadside. If the job turns out to need something beyond what was quoted, the provider refers it back to dispatch and we re-quote it to you for approval.
How you get your price
- You send your service, vehicle and location.
- Dispatch replies with one exact total in dollars for your job.
- You confirm that total. If you don't want it, nothing happens and nothing is charged.
- Once you confirm, you receive a payment link showing the same itemised total in writing.
- A provider is assigned only after your payment is authorised.
Refund & cancellation policy
Effective 22 August 2026
This policy applies to every job booked through Road Assist Dispatch. What you paid for is the call-out — a provider travelling to your location and attempting the job. The refund you get depends on how far that got.
Jump start
A jump start pays for the boost attempt and the charging-system check. If the vehicle won't start because the fault lies elsewhere, the provider has still travelled to you and diagnosed it, so that visit is not refundable. You will be told what the provider found.
Spare tire change, car lockout and fuel delivery
If you no longer need us, tell us as early as you can. Before a provider is assigned there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged — the 50% applies only once someone is travelling to you.
If you were charged more than you agreed
If the amount charged is higher than the total you confirmed before paying, we refund the difference immediately on request. If you'd rather, we refund the whole charge and rebill at the amount you agreed.
If you're unhappy with the work
Where a job was completed but you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days. We review the dispatch record and the provider's report and issue a partial or full refund where your complaint is borne out.
How to request a refund
- Call or text the dispatch line, or reply to your receipt email.
- Quote the receipt number shown on your receipt.
- We respond within one business day.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Terms of service
Effective 21 August 2026
1. Who we are
Road Assist Dispatch is a trading name of ROADASSIST DISPATCH LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, with its registered address at 8206 Louisiana Boulevard Northeast, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113.
2. What we do, and what we don't
We are a dispatch service. We take roadside assistance requests, quote a price, collect payment and assign the job to an independent service provider who performs the work at your location. We do not own service vehicles and our own staff do not perform roadside work.
Because we coordinate providers across several states, our registered office and the location of your job will usually be in different states.
3. Coverage and arrival times
We take requests 24 hours a day. Coverage depends on a provider being available within reasonable distance of you. If we can't cover your location we tell you before taking any payment. Arrival times we give are estimates, not guarantees — traffic, weather and provider availability all affect them.
4. Pricing and authorisation
Our base rate is a starting price. Your final price depends on distance and job complexity, and you are given one exact total in dollars before any payment is taken. You then receive a payment link showing that same itemised total in writing, and you authorise the payment yourself. No charge is processed without your explicit approval of a stated total. We don't store card details and we don't bill on a recurring basis. Full detail is on our pricing page.
5. Refunds
Our refund and cancellation policy forms part of these terms. In summary: no arrival means a full refund, an incomplete job means a full refund, and any overcharge is refunded on request.
6. What we need from you
- An accurate location, and an accurate description of the vehicle and the fault.
- Be at the vehicle, or arrange for someone authorised to be there.
- For a lockout, be able to show you're entitled to access the vehicle. Providers will refuse a lockout where that can't be shown.
- For a spare tire change, carry a roadworthy spare. We fit the spare in your vehicle; we don't supply a tire unless separately quoted and agreed.
7. Independent providers
Work is performed by independent contractors who carry their own insurance and are responsible for how the work is done. We select providers, communicate the job, and handle payment and customer service. If you report damage caused during a job, we pass the claim to the provider who attended and their insurer, and we help you do it.
8. Limits on our liability
Our liability for any job is limited to what you paid for that job. We are not liable for consequential losses such as missed appointments, lost income or accommodation costs. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us first — we resolve complaints directly and refund where a refund is due. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
10. Your information
To send a provider to you we share your location, vehicle details and contact number with the provider assigned to your job. Our privacy policy sets out everything we collect and who we share it with.
11. Contact

Privacy policy
Effective 21 August 2026
This policy explains what Road Assist Dispatch collects when you request roadside assistance, why we collect it, and who we share it with. It applies to roadassistdispatch.com and to requests you send us by call or text.
What we collect
- Your location. The address or mile marker you type, and — only if you tap "Share my location" and allow it in your browser — your GPS coordinates, which are placed in your text message as a map link. Your browser asks first, and if you say no, nothing is collected.
- An approximate city from your IP address. When the page loads we look up the general area your internet connection is in, so the page can say roughly where we cover. This is done by a third-party lookup service, it is accurate only to city level, and it is not stored against your job unless you go on to send us a request.
- Your vehicle. The year, make and model you enter.
- Your phone number. We see it when you call or text us. We don't take it from the website.
- Your name and email if you give them to us so we can send a receipt or handle a refund.
- Advertising identifiers. If you reached us from an online ad, the link carries a click identifier (such as a Google gclid) and campaign tags. We keep these to know which ads bring us customers.
How the request form works
The form on this site does not send your details to us over the internet. When you tap Text my request, it opens your own texting app with a message already written. Nothing reaches us until you press send yourself. If you close the app without sending, we never see it.
Who we share it with
- The provider assigned to your job. To reach you, they need your location, your vehicle details and a way to contact you. We share only what the job requires. This is the main sharing we do, and it's the point of the service.
- Our payment processor. Card payments are handled entirely by the processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Google. This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager, which set cookies and record that a call, text or request happened. Google's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Nobody else. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers, lead resellers or marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Job records, receipts and dispatch notes are kept for as long as we may need them to answer a question about your job, handle a refund or a payment dispute, or meet a tax or legal requirement — normally seven years for financial records. GPS coordinates attached to a completed job are kept with that job record. Advertising identifiers are kept for up to two years.
Your choices
- Location. Sharing your GPS pin is optional. Typing an address works just as well.
- Ad tracking. You can block cookies in your browser, or opt out at adssettings.google.com. The request form still works.
- Access, correction and deletion. Email us and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We may need to keep financial records where the law requires it.
- California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it. Exercising these rights will never get you worse service.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We restrict access to job records to the people who need them to run dispatch and handle support. No system is perfectly secure, but we don't hold card numbers, which removes the most sensitive category of data entirely.
Children
Our service is intended for adults arranging assistance for a vehicle. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
